Q. What payment options are available?
A. Currently Wall-U accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover
Q. What file types do you accept?
A. We accept JPEG(.jpg) images at this time.
Q. What quality of photo do I need to send?
A. This is an important question. We recommend you take your pictures with a 4 megapixel camera or higher. Your camera manual will provide this information. For best results always set your camera to the highest possible resolution. The closer you are to the subject when the photo is taken, the better your Wall-U will turn out. Our printing capabilities are state of the art, but of course, the better the image you provide to us, the better image we will return to you!
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel within 12 hours after placing your order by emailing us at orders@wall-u.com.
Q. How long does it take for delivery?
A. Orders typically take 5 to 10 business days for production and 1-5 business days for shipping.
Q. Are Wall-U prints just for sports?
A. No, anything you are interested in can become a Wall-U! Pets, the military, poker, group photos, Sweet Sixteen Parties, college dorm rooms, scenery...you name it! See our ideas section for more suggestions. If you have a great idea, let us know!
Q. What is your Return Policy?
A. We stand behind our products 100%. If we make an error in the printing process, please let us know. We will issue a Return Authorization number for you. Just send an email to returns@wall-u.com, and we will walk you through the process.
Q. Should I save the mailer my graphic came in?
A. Yes! The mailer is essential to transport your graphic if you move or if you want to re-hang your graphic on another wall. So, save the backing your graphic came on, as well as the mailer. Also, if you need to return your graphic because of a printing process error, you must return it on the original backing.
Q. If I want to move my graphic to another wall, how should I move it?
A. Identify where you want your graphic to go, wipe the wall clean with water(no soap), wait until dry and then with the help of a friend carefully remove the graphic from one wall and carry it to the new location and follow the "How to Wall-U" instructions. If you are moving it to a new location that is not within walking distance, put your graphic back on the original backing for transport to your new location.
Q. My graphic edges aren't perfect and smooth, is it defective?
A. All graphics are hand crafted. Minor defects such as small bubbles, non-perfect cuts, or rough edges are standard effects of the Wall-U printing process.
Q. My graphic looks a little blurry, what happened?
A. As with all large format digital prints, graphics should look good from 5 feet away. The closer you get, you may see a pixilated image (the actual dots that make up the image). Your graphic looks the same as your image, just bigger. We are not responsible for poor quality photos or files, but we do screen each image before processing to make sure minimum requirements are met and we will notify you if the image you provided may not look good enlarged.
Q.What is the CCV code requested in the checkout?
A. The CCV code is a security feature for credit or debit card transactions, giving increased protection against credit card fraud. It is a 3 digit(Visa/MasterCard/Discover) or 4 digit (American Express) code found on the front (American Express) or back (Visa/MasterCard/Discover) of the card.
